By accessing or using MindCloudBox, you agree to use the platform lawfully, comply with these terms and follow the rules of your subscribed plan.
Account usage
- You are responsible for account security and the use of your credentials.
- Account information must remain accurate and current.
- Any misuse, fraud or unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
- If you act on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Plans and availability
- The free mode has operational, feature and support limitations and is intended only for personal use, internal evaluation and non-commercial testing.
- Free versions may not be used for commercial activity, providing services to third parties, running business operations or generating direct revenue.
- Paid plans unlock additional features and may be billed on a recurring or one-time basis according to the subscribed option.
- MindCloudBox may update features, limits, pricing and service availability, including discontinuing functionality with reasonable notice when applicable.
Restrictions
- Do not use the platform for spam, fraud, privacy violations or any illegal activity.
- Do not reproduce, resell, sublicense, rent or exploit any part of the service without express authorization.
- You may not circumvent technical limits, improperly reverse engineer the service or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data.
- User-generated, submitted or collected content remains your responsibility, and you must have the legal basis and rights required to use it.
Data, intellectual property and suspension
- Ownership of the platform, software, trademarks and MindCloudBox materials remains with MindCloudBox and its licensors.
- You retain rights to your content, but grant the permissions required to host, process and display that content in order to operate the service.
- MindCloudBox may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of non-payment, security risk, abusive use, legal violation or breach of these terms.
Liability and changes
- The service is provided subject to availability and may depend on third-party infrastructure and integrations.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MindCloudBox does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and limits liability to foreseeable direct damages related to the service.
- These terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the platform after publication of the current version constitutes acceptance of the changes.
